Therapy Services with Finglas Support & Suicide Prevention Network
How it works:
The Finglas Support & Suicide Prevention Network (FSN) provides confidential, professional counselling and psychotherapy services for individuals aged 18 and over who are experiencing a wide range of mental health and wellbeing challenges.
Our therapists support people facing anxiety, depression, stress, low mood, grief and loss, trauma, relationship and family difficulties, life transitions, low self-esteem, emotional distress, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, and the impact of suicide bereavement. We recognise that everyone's experiences are unique, and our person-centred approach provides a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where individuals can explore their thoughts and feelings at their own pace.
Whether you are seeking support for a specific difficulty or need someone to talk to, our counselling service is here to help. We work collaboratively with each person to build resilience, develop positive coping strategies, and support improved mental health and emotional wellbeing.
Our service is available to individuals and families living in Finglas and the surrounding communities. If additional or specialist support is needed, we can also provide information and referrals to other appropriate services, ensuring people receive the care that best meets their needs.
You do not have to face life's challenges alone. Taking the first step can make a real difference, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
